FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – DOCTOR WHY?
I have always thought too much, more than necessary, my mind has the ability to turn incessantly around a single thought. Full of uncertainties. The questions asked to me over the years were first my own and many of the answers I found in the people I met. Understanding the whys is the first step, we create the solutions together. Every story is unique, always...
Why do I think too much?
#Overthinking
We ruminate when we have difficulty managing or recognizing emotions. Often it is fear that makes us analyze all situations obsessively, more often it is a strong need for control. Love and Work can trigger overthinking, fixed thoughts that distance us from ourselves and from reality. Perhaps we think too much so we don't feel too much.
Why am I like this?
#SelfEsteem
The beliefs we have about ourselves, others and the world, we learned as children. We love ourselves, scold ourselves, encourage ourselves and treat ourselves the same way we were treated as children. If we saw and experienced unhappy, fearful adults full of anger or guilt, the perception we will have of ourselves and the world as adults will most likely be negative and wrong, needing repair. Let's dream of being capable of being who we really are.
Why did they leave me?
#Relationships
The more we fear abandonment, the more we attract it. When we are in an emotional state of a wounded child, we seek relationships that confirm our fears. Only in an adult state can we live relationships in a healthy and conscious way.
Why do I feel alone?
#SelfEsteem
According to Jung, loneliness does not come from being alone, but from not being able to give voice to what lives inside us. When we don't feel understood or when we can't express who we really are, loneliness becomes a burden. Learning to listen to ourselves and express ourselves authentically is the first step to feeling less alone.
Why do I never feel enough?
#SelfEsteem
We are as we think we are. If we think we are never enough, this becomes our reality. Often this belief comes from past experiences where we received explicit or implicit messages that made us feel inadequate. Recognizing these messages and learning to look at ourselves with a loving eye is essential for building healthy self-esteem.
Why do I never feel loved enough?
#SelfEsteem, #Relationships
If as children we did not receive the unconditional love we needed, we will most likely continue to seek it externally, in relationships, expecting others to give us what we never received. As long as we repeat scripts, it won't work. We must learn to love ourselves first, only then can we receive and give love in a healthy way.
Why am I not always consistent?
#SelfEsteem
Because we are alive and from moments of inconsistency come our greatest changes. Absolute consistency does not exist, we are human beings in constant evolution. Accepting our inconsistencies, our moments of fragility and change, allows us to be more authentic and to grow.
