Febbraio - Trasformazione
About Me
"Who am I?" is the question that has guided my educational path and oriented my life choices.
I am a psychologist and relational counselor, graduated in Modern Literature and in Psychological Sciences and Techniques, with a master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology. I have obtained a Master in Relational Counseling, a specialization in Philosophical Counseling, and advanced training in Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication. Since 2008, I have been conducting individual sessions, in person in Naples and online. My approach, person-centered and built on personalized paths, fosters the development of emotional autonomy that allows one to live themselves and reality with greater awareness, lightness, and freedom.

What is Counseling?
What is Counseling?
“Counseling is a helping relationship that moves from the analysis of the client's problems, aims to build a new vision of these problems and to implement an action plan to achieve the desired goals by the client (make decisions, improve relationships, develop awareness, manage emotions and feelings, overcome conflicts)”
“The professional trained to practice the profession of counseling is called “Counselor”. The counselor is the professional who, through listening, support and guidance, improves interpersonal relationships (the relationship of each person with themselves), and extra-personally (the relationships in the couple, the family, in groups, in social formations and in institutions).”

My Method
My Method
My method consists of creating a welcoming and reassuring environment where each individual feels free to express themselves without fear of judgment. I pay great attention to active listening, trying to understand not only the words, but also the emotions and feelings that emerge during our sessions. Through open and reflective questions, I encourage my clients to explore their experiences and perspectives in depth.
Listening
“Active listening allows us to induce a change in the person with whom we interact, predisposing them to a positive exchange.” - C.Rogers
Empathy
Acceptance of the other that is achieved by immersing oneself in their subjectivity without crossing into identification.
Acceptance
Unconditional positive acceptance. To accept the feelings and different aspects of the other in total suspension of judgment.
Support
I accompany you on your path of awareness that will allow you to reach an emotional autonomy. I help you to help yourself.
